Our suction hose production line is a new type of rubber hose forming line used to produce suction and discharge hose and dredging hose. Designed with a transfer car mechanism, this suction hose forming machine allows raw materials of rubber hose to move along the hose core longitudinally by means of the transfer car, and the hose blank is wrapped with rubber and reinforced with steel wire according to the required screw pitch. This rubber hose production line is controlled with PLC system and can be easily operated using HMI interface. Remote wireless control is available for less labor intensity and shortened production cycle.
