Product description of floor standing rubber batch off cooling machine
1. The verhead rubber batch off cooling machine takes the utilization ratio of workshops into full consideration. A forklift can be used to convey the rubber sheet.
2. Immerse the rubber sheet into the dip tank which contains a solvent then hang the sheets where they will be dried by fan. These procedures guarantee and optimal cooling and drying effect.
3. The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
4. Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed the rubber extruder machine.
5. After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by itself.
