Product description of U Type Rubber Sheet Cooling Machine
- U type rubber sheet cooling machine occupies a relatively small area. The length is only 3/4 that of the normal batch-off cooler.
- Immerse the rubber sheet into the dip tank which contains a solvent then hang the sheets where they will be dried by fan. These procedures guarantee and optimal cooling and drying effect.
- The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
- Cooling fans are high-volume fans with optimal cooling effects.
- Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed the rubber extruder machine.
- After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by itself.
