Product description
1. The pressure per unit area of the solid rubber tire vulcanizing press is over 40Mpa, which guarantees high quality finished tires.
2. We can manufacture different types of vulcanizing press according to the types of tires specified by customers.
3. This series of vulcanizing presses can be equipped with PLC automatic control system for automatic operation. The exhaust duration, interval and times can all be freely adjusted. The machine also has the function of automatic pressure filling to compensate for the decrease of pressure during vulcanization.

Our advantages
1. Manufacturing tires using vulcanized rubber has been a common practice for many years and this equipment allows for the use of recycled rubber which has become increasingly important as we grow more eco-conscious over time. Since 2015, our company has been exporting 10 pieces of vulcanizing press to middle Asian countries every year.
2. Forklift tire and other solid tires for large vehicles have a rather complex process, which requires a higher pressure per unit area and more layers.
