Solid rubber tire vulcanizing machines are intended for use in the production of solid tires, such as trolley tires, forklift tires, special vehicle tires, etc.

• The pressure per unit area of the solid rubber tire vulcanizing press is over 40Mpa, which guarantees high quality finished tires.
• We can manufacture different types of vulcanizing press according to the types of tires specified by customers.
• This series of vulcanizing presses can be equipped with PLC automatic control system for automatic operation. The exhaust duration, interval and times can all be freely adjusted. The machine also has the function of automatic pressure filling to compensate for the decrease of pressure during vulcanization.

• Manufacturing tires using vulcanized rubber has been a common practice for many years and this equipment allows for the use of recycled rubber which has become increasingly important as we grow more eco-conscious over time.
