The sliding platform rubber vulcanizing press separates the vulcanized molds and products from machinery in order to conveniently handle the rubber and collect the elements. It is composed of a hydraulic type and mechanical sliding platform.
Our sliding platform rubber vulcanizing press is designed for the production of O-type rings, sealing rings, sealing elements, rubber blankets, rubber strips, bridge bearing, rubber plates, rubber accessories, rubber fender, automotive accessories, tires, pats, special tires for mine, conveyor belt, leather belt, flat belt and other rubber and silicone products.

Product description
- The hot plate dimension, layers, pressures and other parameters of vulcanizing press can be customized to meet client demands.
- Some large-scale vulcanizing presses need to be disassembled into several boxes before delivery. We will take photos of these process for client’s convenience. As for large-scale and complex vulcanizing presses, we recommend our clients to use our professional assembly workers for onsite assembly and installation.
- The vulcanizing press equipped with sliding platform has the function of automatic pressure compensation to automatically compensate for the decrease of pressure during vulcanization.
- The vulcanizing machine is equipped with an automatic alert system, making it safe and reliable. Upon client request, our machine can be equipped with a PLC control system for fully automatic operation.
- We can customize mold designs based on the specific requirements of the rubber products, ensuring that the vulcanizing press is suitable to meet each client's unique needs
Additionally, we customize the mold handling process based on our clients’ operational setup, optimizing both the entry and removal of molds, as well as the method of product extraction, to enhance efficiency and productivity
