The machine also has the function of automatic pressure compensation to compensate the decrease of the pressure during vulcanization.
• Installation consulting service. Some large-scale vulcanizing machines need to be disassembled into several boxes before delivery. We will take photos of these processes for client convenience. As for large-scale and complex vulcanizing machines, we recommend our clients to use our professional assembly workers for onsite assembly and installation.

• Before delivery, the machine is under a pressure that is over 1.3 times higher than nominal pressure. During a pressure test, the given pressure is 1.25 times of nominal pressure and needs to last 24 hours.
